This might just be my new “go-to” breakfast! There are so many options for this delicious dish and is SUPER easy. Mix in a bowl, cover, fridge, done.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
2/3 cup skim or almond milk
1/2 thinly sliced banana
dash of vanilla extract
Directions: Mix everything into a bowl (I used a mason jar), cover and refrigerate overnight. You do not need to heat it up, as it is delicious cold, but you can on the stovetop or microwave. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Toppings:
-fruit
-almond slices (or other nuts)
-honey
-peanut butter
-cinnamon
-ANYTHING!
