No-Bake Energy Balls

Makes 12 balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry oatmeal
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ mashed banana

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Use parchment paper and roll them into bite size balls
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight if desired.
