So what is my own personal recommendation? For sure get Les Mills Combat because this program is going to be discontinued in the Beachbody collection. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. Insanity Max:30 is another of my all time favorites!! Talk about a good SWEAT SESSION! No equipment needed you use your own body for resistance, you need VERY little space only 30 minutes and it’s one of the BEST cardio programs out there!
The P90X bars are another one of my favorites!! They are DELISH and are a great on-the-go, healthy snack. They are packed with protein to keep you full too.
These items are great for jump starting your Summer fitness plan, Father’s Day gifts, birthday gifts, Christmas etc. I know I am definitely stocking up on some items for prizes and giveaways!!
