Looking for a quick “detox” after the holiday weekend? This meal plan will help you get right back on track if you’ve strayed during the holidays.  Check out below the picture for the specifics!

  • Grilled chicken
  • Grilled fish
  • Ground extra-lean turkey


  • Broccoli
  • Asparagus
  • Green Beans
  • Zucchini
  • Cucumbers
  • Bell Peppers

Oatmeal can be flavored with cinnamon, nutmeg, or 1 packet of Stevia. NO SALT for flavoring veggies.  Instead, use lemon or lime juice, vinegars or spices. 

You will need to eat every TWO HOURS and drink 1 GALLON OF WATER each day. You can melt the coconut oil in the microwave and pour over steamed veggies (it’s so good!) or drink it. You can have coffee and tea BUT NO CREAMER!!  You CAN use Stevia ONLY to flavor.  You should also exercise 30 minutes a day.
