I have gotten out of the habit of physically writing down what my meals are for the week! So today I sat down and created our meal plan for the week. In 10 days I will be on my way to Nashville for Beachbody Coach Summit, so I plan to dial in this nutrition so I’m looking right in my cowboy boots and short shorts!

The weekends are historically the most difficult for me, since a lot of times we are traveling, going to social gatherings, or out to eat. Not quite sure what our dinner plans are this weekend, but I’ll be sticking to large salads and a protein for sure!
I’m excited to be starting up a new online fitness bootcamp tomorrow too! I know the ladies in our group are chomping at the bit and ready to tackle their Summer fitness goals. It’s always nice to be a part of a group working towards the same goals. I know these ladies help hold me accountable just as much as I do them!
