Gluten & Dairy FREE Energy Balls


I was looking for a quick and healthy snack recipe to replace my husbands Cliff Bar addiction but would also be a transitional snack after completing the Ultimate Reset. This recipe took about 10 minutes to make and tastes like a DESSERT!

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup ground flax seed

1/4 cup chopped trail mix (dark chocolate, almonds, peanuts, craisins, etc)

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup almond milk

4 tbs. pure maple syrup

1 tbs. chia seeds

2 scoops chocolate Shakeology 

Mix oats, flax, trail mix chia seeds and Shakeology together first, until well mixed. Then add peanut butter, almond milk and maple syrup to the mix. Roll into balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Pop in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set. Store covered, in the fridge as well.
