SUMMER IS OVER…..Wah wahhhhhh.
But it’s okay because that means is time for Fall–pumpkin, football, leggings, sweaters, scarves…ok NOW are you excited?!?!
I’ve been talking to a lot of people who just weren’t ready to commit to a healthier lifestyle over the Summer months–too many parties, weddings, travel etc. But now they realize it’s TIME to hit it hard because before we know it, it’s going to be Thanksgiving and Christmas….then New Years!!! Don’t wait one more day to get a jump on your health goals!!

I became involved in a community like this 2 years ago when I was struggling to lose weight myself. These groups have shown me how to eat without “dieting” and that I don’t need to slave away on the treadmill for 1+ hours each day to lose weight. These groups are NOT only about nutrition/fitness education, they are about the COMMUNITY of people and the SUPPORTIVE nature of them. It’s so nice to have a place to check in each day, to share a successful moment, to vent after a rough day, to have people surrounding me who “get” it.
I am opening up my next online fitness group TOMORROW and we will be starting our prep week–talking about meal planning, time management, emotional eating, etc. getting READY & ORGANIZED to set you up for success!!
