This sauce is clean, healthy and you could seriously eat it on newspaper! Since I am a vegetarian, I decided to try it on some veggies. I began by roasting brussel sprouts and cauliflower. Meanwhile I sauteed some onion, peppers and zoodles. I tossed the sprouts and cauliflower with the sauce, then placed them on a bed of zoodles, peppers and onions. You can top it with green onion, chopped peanuts, sesame seeds, etc.
SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
- 2.5 tbsp liquid aminos
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Agave
- 2 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Whisk all the ingredients together and heat on medium heat on the stove top. Sauce will become thick within 2-3 minutes. Remove and toss with veggies.
