INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
- Store in a covered container in the fridge. Before using again, remove dressing from fridge 15 minutes prior to eating.
