Happy Sunday friends! We are taking the day to relax over here, I’ll be curled up with the dog and a book shortly. I put together our weekly meal plan to help us stay on track this week. I am kicking off a brand new, 30 day online bootcamp tomorrow so I’ll be sharing my tips and tricks on meal planning with the ladies. There’s still time to join us for the fun + workouts + nutrition guidance! Click HERE for sign-up information.

I never used to map out my meals for the week, and what I found was that I was eating out at restaurants more often, even fast food joints sometimes. Not only was I spending a ton of money each week, it was causing me to pack on the pounds. Even when you pick the “healthier” items off of a menu, you’re still taking in extra calories, unhealthy fats, too much sodium and preservatives. Taking a little extra time creating a meal plan, buying groceries and cooking meals at home has been really beneficial for us.

I get a lot of my recipes from other food bloggers. Here are the links to a few of the new recipes I’ll be trying this week!

Cauliflower Fried Rice

Kabocha Squash Soup

Kabocha Squash and Chickpea Salad
