- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup canola oil
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
