Creamy Avocado Dressing { GF + DF + WHOLE30 }

This creamy and zesty dressing also doubles as a dip for veggies and crackers!


1 avocado (large, or 2 small ripe)

1/4 cup olive oil 

1 handful fresh cilantro

3 cloves garlic

1 lime

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup water (you may want more if you want it thinner)

Put everything in a blender or food processor and blend until creamy.

I used this dressing on my “brunch bowl” of sauteed kale, roasted sweet potatoes and fried eggs. Yummy!
